Online Returns

No Returns. We don't want to waste your time or ours. If we were to accept returns, the additional costs would be reflected in our prices. Therefore, we ask that you consider ordering only if you are really confident in your purchase. Otherwise, we would love to see you in person!

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We will also gladly issue you a store credit for an online purchase. The credit will be for the full value of the item(s). Credits will not include shipping charges. To exchange an item you must send us an email within 14 days of the purchase date, we will then provide return instructions. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or with the original tags still attached. Clothing with tags removed will not be eligible for any refunds or exchanges. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Goods such as handicrafts, jewelry, accessories, special orders, and discounted sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Exceptions will be made for gift items, which will be offered a store credit.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any cancelled but confirmed orders prior to shipping will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is because we have already processed/fulfilled your order, packaged it for shipping, and charged your card. This percentage covers those handling and processing costs associated with refunds.

Refunds are incredibly costly to small businesses like ours, but we want you to be happy and want to make sure that you're confident in your purchase with us. If you are uncertain about your order and have questions about any of our products, please contact us for more information prior to making a purchase. We will do our best to ensure you receive something you're happy with. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
If a size is incorrect, we will gladly exchange your item for an alternate size. We always encourage you to get in touch with us regarding sizing prior to making a purchase, we are happy to send you measurements and detailed information as we know that every designer's fit is different. 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged, as long as you contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. Return shipping is at your own risk. It will be up to you to cover the shipping expense for exchanges and returns. Online purchases can be exchanged in-store.

We will also gladly issue you an in-store credit for an online purchase. The credit will be for the full value of the item(s). Credits will not include shipping charges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not accept responsibility for any items being returned that are lost or stolen in transit. 

Please note that our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy. We only offer exchanges/store credits when items are in original unworn condition with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase. Handicrafts, accessories, and jewelry, in addition to all sale items and special orders, are final sale. Flexibility (with respect to exchange time limits) is provided for gift items when it is noted that an item is a gift at the time of purchase.
